Who we are
This website is operated by Visionary Creative LLC (“Visionary Creative,” “we,” “us”). This policy explains what information we collect when you visit visionarycreative.co or sign up for our emails, how we use it, and the choices you have. Questions? Email hello@visionarycreative.co.
What we collect
- Information you give us: your first name and email address when you sign up for the Prompt Kit or our emails.
- How you found us: campaign details included in the link you clicked (for example, whether you came from Instagram, TikTok, or YouTube), the referring website, and the page you landed on. We attach this to your signup so we understand which channels are useful.
- Basic usage data: aggregate, privacy-friendly analytics such as page views, device type, and approximate country. We do not use this to identify you personally.
- Email engagement: our email provider may record whether an email was delivered or opened and which links were clicked.
How we use it
- To send you the free resource you requested.
- To send occasional emails about new resources, new content, and what we’re building. You can unsubscribe at any time using the link in every email.
- To understand what’s working and improve the site and our content.
- To respond when you contact us, and to comply with legal obligations.
We do not sell or rent your personal information, and we do not share it for cross-context behavioral advertising.
Who we share it with
We use trusted service providers to run this site and our emails. They process information only on our behalf:
- Email platform (Kit) — stores your name, email, and signup details and sends our emails.
- Website hosting (Netlify) — serves the website.
- Analytics — privacy-friendly website analytics.
- File hosting (Google Drive) — hosts the resource linked in your welcome email.
We may also disclose information if required by law or to protect our rights, or as part of a business transfer such as a merger or acquisition.
Cookies and tracking
We aim to keep tracking minimal. The site may store a small value in your browser to remember which link first brought you here, so your signup is attributed correctly. Our analytics are designed to work without advertising cookies. Your browser may offer a “Do Not Track” setting; because there is no common standard for it, the site does not respond to those signals, but we do not track you across other websites.
Your choices and rights
- Unsubscribe at any time using the link at the bottom of any email.
- Access, correct, or delete your information by emailing hello@visionarycreative.co. We’ll respond within a reasonable time.
- Depending on where you live (including California and other U.S. states), you may have additional rights to know, correct, or delete personal information and to not be discriminated against for exercising them. Email us to make a request.
How long we keep it
We keep your information for as long as you’re subscribed or as needed for the purposes above. If you unsubscribe or ask us to delete your data, we’ll remove it or keep only what’s needed to honor your request and meet legal obligations.
Security
We use reputable providers and reasonable safeguards to protect your information. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, so we can’t guarantee absolute security.
Children
This site is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from them. If you believe a child has given us information, contact us and we’ll delete it.
Changes
We may update this policy from time to time. We’ll change the effective date above and, for significant changes, may let subscribers know by email.
