These terms govern your use of visionarycreative.co and any free resources we provide, operated by Visionary Creative LLC (“Visionary Creative,” “we,” “us”). By using the site or signing up, you agree to these terms. If you don’t agree, please don’t use the site.
Free resources
When you sign up, we’ll send you the Prompt Kit by email. It’s for your personal and professional use — use it in your own creative work and business as much as you like. Please don’t resell it, republish it, or share it publicly as your own. If you’d like to share it, send people to visionarycreative.co instead.
Intellectual property
The site’s design, text, graphics, and resources are owned by Visionary Creative LLC or used with permission and are protected by copyright and other laws. Nothing in these terms transfers ownership to you. The work you create using our prompts is yours.
About AI tools and results
Our resources may be used with third-party tools, including AI tools. We don’t control those tools and aren’t responsible for their output, availability, or terms. AI-generated content can be inaccurate, biased, or similar to existing works — review it carefully, and you’re responsible for how you use it, including checking facts and making sure you have the rights to publish it.
No professional advice or guarantees
Everything we share is for educational and inspirational purposes. It isn’t legal, financial, or other professional advice, and we don’t guarantee any particular result, income, or outcome from using it.
Acceptable use
- Don’t misuse the site, attempt to disrupt it, or access it in unauthorized ways.
